Lyle Matthis, CBCP,ITIL

Executive Director of Assuring Love Child Placement Agency


Mr. Lyle Matthis was a devoted foster parent for 4 years and retired after adopting three of his foster children. His experiences as a foster parent, Youth Director, Business Director, and Executive Director gives him a stronger understanding and passion to better serve children and families in need.  Lyle has served at Accenture (Technology Consulting Firm) for over 18 years as Global Business Continuity Manager, Operation Staffing Coordinator and Operations Lead/Supervisor, executing business continuity plans and crisis management.  He has managed the employment and day to day operations for teams to produce effective and productive operations and solutions to problems.  He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and holds an Infrastructure Technology Information Library Certification (ITIL). Mr. Matthis is also a franchisee/owner of a successful Massage Envy. He has shown the ability to grow strong and efficient teams using a family oriented-approach.

He is a Licensed Child Care Director in the State of Texas. Lyle also held the role of Business Director for another established Child Placing Agency in the Grand Prairie area for over 2 years.

Assuring Love Child Placement Agency was started by two individuals, Will Onyebuchi and Lyle Matthis with over 35 years of total past experience with foster care in Texas, either as foster parents, foster parent trainer, case manager, and/or CPS caseworker. 

The established primary purpose of the organization is to provide services and support to children and families affected by abuse, exploitation, and neglect. Our plan is to provide caring, quality services to address emotional and physical trauma, educational and social development to help restore families as healthy, safe and productive units.  

The agency is established in Texas as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, licensed, contracted and funded by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS).
